We represent individuals and entities who wish to report frauds and other serious wrongdoing to state and federal government agencies. These whistleblower actions can arise in a variety of contexts, including fraudulent activity related to taxes, securities or commodities, or safety-related pharmaceutical or consumer goods defects.
Also, whenever a state or federal government or government agency has contracted with a company to acquire goods or services and the government does not receive what it bargained for, the possibility of fraud exists. These frauds can arise in a variety of contexts, including defrauding government health care programs through the submission of false or fake claims, submitting fraudulent government loan applications, and overcharging the Department of Defense in connection with DOD procurement.
We pursue these whistleblower claims under federal and state False Claims Acts and other fraud reporting programs including the whistleblower programs of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
