Prior to joining Wolf Popper in April 2013, Steven Fleisig spent the majority of his career in financial services working both on the advisory side and investing side of the business. Steven worked in the mergers and acquisitions groups of Dean Witter Reynolds, Peers & Co. and Lehman Brothers and the financial institutions group at PaineWebber. Steven also worked at Alliance Mezzanine Investors which was a private debt fund and in a Lehman Brothers proprietary trading desk.
Steven is principally responsible for monitoring the daily activity in the markets and evaluating potential securities cases for the firm.
