Wolf Popper will represent non-profit organizations, community organizations, and citizens in lawsuits to protect public health and the environment. David A. Nicholas, Of Counsel to the Firm and the head of the Firm’s environmental litigation practice, has over 30 years of experience representing environmental groups in federal enforcement suits against large industrial companies.

Congress authorized citizens to bring cases to require compliance with the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, and other federal environmental laws. The firm’s attorneys have decades of experience representing citizens, environmental organizations and community groups in these “citizen suits” against the world’s largest industrial companies to reduce pollution and punish violators.
The firm will also use Consumer, Securities and Derivative Litigation to hold corporations accountable for wrongdoing that has environmental and public health implications.
