In this session, the panelists will discuss the importance of portfolio monitoring and some of the potential fraud risks inherent in investments in securities other than publicly traded U.S. securities, such as securities listed on foreign (non-U.S.) exchanges, private investments such as PIPE and private equity, antitrust, and crypto currency. The panelists will also discuss litigation options that may be available for plans to recover damages when these investments fail due to fraud or other malfeasance.
