The complaint filed by Wolf Popper and co-counsel asserts, among other things, claims of breach of express warranty, breach of implied warranty of merchantability, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and violations of the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act and various state consumer protection statutes. In addition to monetary damages, the plaintiffs seek declaratory and injunctive relief against Stellantis to prevent continued misconduct.
