Firm News | 06/18/20

Wolf Popper is Massachusetts counsel representing the National Association of Consumer Advocates, U.S. Public Interest Research Group, and consumer law expert Professor Kathleen Engel in a suit against the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and its Director, Kathleen L. Kraninger, for unlawfully creating and operating the Taskforce on Federal Consumer Financial Law in violation of the Federal Advisory Committee Act.
