About
Diversity and Inclusion Statement

Wolf Popper’s history speaks for itself: the Firm has been committed to diversity and inclusion and gender equality since its inception.

Wolf Popper’s founders always recognized the value of a workforce comprised of talent across the demographic spectrum. In its early years, the Firm represented important civil rights activists, such as Paul Robeson and Andrew Goodman. As for gender equality, Wolf Popper already had a woman partner when Ruth Bader Ginsburg graduated law school but could not find a firm that would employ her.  Today, our Firm continues to be a diverse workplace.

Diversity: Our diverse work environment fosters creativity and innovation.  We are committed to recruiting, training, promoting and retaining attorneys and staff from a wide range of backgrounds.

Inclusion:  Change comes from within. At Wolf Popper, we nurture collegiality which fosters trust and communication.  We encourage all our attorneys and staff to mentor the up-and-coming generation.

Equity:  For well over 50 years, and to the present day, Wolf Popper has had women in leadership roles, often managing high-profile cases.  Today a woman is Managing Partner of the Firm.  Each generation of women leaders mentors and empowers the younger generation of women.

We at Wolf Popper are proud of our present diversity and of our record in Diversity and Inclusion.  We continue to embrace our tradition of inclusion to the benefit of the Firm and the clients we serve.
