The first session will be addressing the topic of "Lessons Learned from the Banking Crisis: A Look Back and Forward at the Six Month Mark." It will take place Monday, October 2, 2023 @ 1:30—2:35 pm in Classroom A. The session will look at the banking crisis of 2023 and the impact it has had on the markets and public pension plans. We will examine the litigation that has resulted and discuss the litigation that may still come.

The second session will be addressing the topic of "The Case For and Against Shareholders Litigating ESG Issues." It will take place Tuesday, October 3, 2023 @ 2:40—3:10 pm in Classroom C.
