After intense and expedited discovery, during which Wolf Popper reviewed thousands of pages of internal company documents and took depositions of key witnesses, the Delaware court, in a landmark decision, agreed with plaintiffs’ counsel and ordered the transaction stopped until the company disclosed missing material information to the company’s shareholders and agreed to waive a standstill agreement that kept a competitor from making a topping bid for the company.
