Chet Waldman, senior partner at Wolf Popper LLP, is one of 12 lawyers named to Law360’s Consumer Protection Editorial Advisory Board for 2024.
The purpose of the editorial advisory boards is to provide insight to Law360 on trends in legal developments. Hundreds of lawyers contribute thought leadership to Law360, but only a limited number are chosen for editorial boards.
Law360 editorial advisory boards meet annually to discuss and offer feedback on how the publication can improve its coverage of dozens of practice areas. The boards also serve to provide reporters with a pool of potential sources for news articles.
Chet has extensive experience in litigating consumer fraud cases, including multiple surprise bill litigations, cases against title insurance companies, banks, tax services companies and cases involving false labeling claims. Chet has been at Wolf Popper since 1988 where he has also concentrated in federal securities class actions, state and federal merger and acquisition litigation. Chet has been recognized by Super Lawyers as one of the Top lawyers in the New York metropolitan area in securities litigation from 2009 through 2021, and in consumer law for 2022 and 2023.
